Account and billing information: When you purchase credits, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

API usage data: We log API requests associated with your API key, including the timestamp, endpoint called, and whether the request was successful. We do not log the content of submitted documents.

Document files: DOCX files submitted to the conversion pipeline are processed in memory on our servers. Files are not permanently stored and are deleted from memory immediately after the conversion is complete or the session ends. We do not retain, analyze, sell, or share the content of your documents.

Contact form submissions: If you contact us via the form on doc2jats.com, we collect your name, email address, and message content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
